Armed with Afghans

30 March 2008

Armed with Afghans, an exhibition of photographs taken by Captain Alexander Allan when he was on operations in Helmand Province, was held at The Pensioner's Museum, the Royal Hospital Chelsea, from 25th - 30th March 2008.

More than 1,000 people attended the hugely popular exhibition which resulted in over £24,000 being raised for The Colonel's Fund.

Alex's photographs were widely admired and the story covered by national press and TV.

A big thank you to Alexander and to the Royal Hospital Chelsea, who were most generous in providing a great space and infrastructure for the exhibition.
