Benefit ‘gig’

Mr Steve Greenhalgh, father of the late LSgt Dave Greenhalgh, is intending to hold a benefit ‘gig’ in memory of Dave and the other Grenadiers killed on OP HERRICK 11. The gig will be recorded live onto CDs  which will be subsequently sold to raise money for the Colonel’s Fund.  Steve has already raised the money for having the recording printed onto the CDs . He has also negotiated to have provided free of charge the recording equipment and venue.

The gig will take place on Saturday 27st November at the following venue:

Rhos-Y-Gilwen Mansion, North Pembrokeshire. SA43 2TW Tel: 01239 841387

The venue is the leading music and arts centre for West Wales and has been built in the mansion grounds.

The format of the evening will be:

1900       Doors Open

1930       Buffet

2015       Cariad (2 songs for the CD)

2030       Julie Prince 2 song for the CD)

2100       Whiskey Business (12-14 songs for the CD)

Whiskey Business is a Blues/Soul Band of which Steve is the lead singer.
