Funeral of Bernard Key

Passing of a Grenadier Guard.

His funeral is to be held at Canford Crematorium, Canford Lane Westbury on Trym, Bristol, BS9 3PQ on Friday the 1st of May 2026 at 10am.

Mourners are respectfully requested to be at the crematorium by 9.30am ahead of the cortège which is due to arrive at 9.40am.

Bertram, better known as Lenny, only has one remaining family member, his niece, who will be attending with her husband.

Anyone wishing to attend to see this soldier off to the Parade Square in the sky will be more than welcome.

If you are able to go, please dress appropriately for the occasion, i.e. regimental blazer and tie.
