23688201 Mr Stanley Cooper formerly 1st Battalion

It is with great sadness we report the death of Mr Stanley Thomas Cooper who served with No 4 Company, 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards from 18/02/59, serving on Operations in Southern Cameroons. He sadly passed away on 30/07/26 but was a very proud Grenadier Guardsman, our thoughts are with his family and friends at this very sad time.

We thank him for his service in our great Regiment and may he rest in peace.

Funeral Details: His cremation will be held on Monday 17th August at 10.30am at Cannock Chase Crematorium, Norton Rd, Heath Hayes,WS12 3HJ. We have requested immediate family flowers only and that donations to be be collected for The Grenadier Guards Charity. If any former Grenadiers would like to attend they would be very welcome.
