Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from The Grenadier Guards Online Shop.  Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for your future reference.

Price and Delivery
Shop prices cover the cost of the item(s) only except where postage and packing is given. All prices are subject to change if manufacturers prices are altered.

Please telephone the Association Office on 020 7414 3285 or assnnco@grengds.com prior to ordering to ascertain the additional cost of postage for international delivery or if you wish to request that your order is sent out immediately to potentially be delivered to you before a specific date (e.g. for birthdays, anniversaries etc.) or for any other issue that can be resolved by pre-purchase communication (e.g. confirming an item's specifications suit your requirements).

All Royal Cypher engraving on glassware is FREE. Bespoke engraving is not. A small fee for engraved plaques for figures, models and statuettes is also required. Please contact the Association Office on the details above to ascertain a cost or visit the relevant pages for further information.

All jewellery is sent by recorded delivery.

Please allow 28 days for delivery for all orders placed.

Customs and Excise Duty
For international orders all customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs office for further information. Please note that when ordering from The Grenadier Guards Online Shop you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods and they may be subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities.

Damaged Goods and Shortages
If any part or all of your order arrives broken or damaged please contact us before returning any item. This should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, stating the nature of the fault. We will endeavour to replace any broken or faulty product as soon as possible.

The copyright to all the images contained within The Grenadier Guards website remain the property of the website owners and no form of reproduction for private, commercial sales or non-commercial distribution is permitted.

Liability
In no circumstances shall The Grenadier Guards be liable, in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise, howsoever and whatever the cause thereof for any increased costs or expenses; for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings; or for any special, indirect or consequential damage of any nature arising directly or out of the display of an announcement on the website, or of any error or defect therein, or of the performance, non-performance or delayed performance by The Grenadier Guards of this contract.

The Grenadier Guards Online Shop shall not be under any liability in respect of any failure to carry out, or delay in carrying out, any of its obligations hereunder attributable to any cause of whatever nature outside its reasonable control and cannot be liable for any statement or conduct of any third party.

In the event of any dispute between yourself and any other user or users of this website, you hereby release The Grenadier Guards, its officers, employees, agents, successors in rights and content providers from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such dispute or disputes and/or Shop service.

Governing Law
These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the English courts.
