Paul Anthony 'Ginger' Gingell died on 6th April 2021 at The Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, after a long illness. He lived a full and colourful life which included him serving with the regiment from 1975 to 1984. He was proud of his service and spoke highly of those he served with. Never a person to dwell on misfortune or hardship, he would only look forwards and onwards. Right up until the end he was determined and courageous. Missed by many, as father, a brother and a loyal friend. He was laid to rest, at Beer Cross Woodland Burial Site, on 26th April with the regimental flag on his casket.
