We are a security company but with a difference, as we are completely mobile and do not supply security guarding. The company looks after 500 plus businesses and residential homes (50% business and 50% homes); the homes are in a value bracket of between £15-£40 million, and belong to the rich and sometimes famous. We hold keys to these properties and the homes we attend are fitted with intruder alarms when the family are out. We unlock/lock commercial properties for staff to gain access to work and attend intruder/fire alarms out of hours. We have mobile officers employed to carry out this roll.
We are looking for an assistant manager, to assist in the office and on operational duties when necessary. The bullet points below explain what is required:
> Typical working hours 0715hrs to 1800hrs - On call hours when scheduled (typically run Monday to Monday 7am to 7am) a full 24hrs
> Permanent Position
> Salary £25,000pa to £30,000pa based on relevant formal qualifications and experience - exact salary to be discussed at interview
> Must live within 40 minutes driving distance of KT12 4RZ where the company is based - public transport would not work so personal transport is needed
> Have a full UK driving license
> Have an SIA Licence - either SG, DS or CP
> Have good PC/IPad skills
> Be a very good communicator - both writing and speaking
> Be analytical and attention to detail is paramount
> Be of good character and well turned out
> Be able to roster officers work schedule
> To be part of the officers roster as and when scheduled
> To administer a fleet of vans - typically 4 vans
> Be confident to attend homes and businesses to set up new services
> Deal with HR such as interviews, performance related meetings, disciplinary, grievances, exit interviews
> The company does have an out of hours duty manager rota, to field calls and attend where necessary
> Full training will be given on all aspects of the role
