'GREAT AND GLORIOUS' - STATE CEREMONIAL MUSICIANS OF THE HOUSEHOLD DIVISION RELEASE NEW ALBUM

The State Ceremonial Musicians of the Household Division are releasing their latest album Great and Glorious at 12pm on Saturday 20th February 2021.

Featuring the music of great British composers, including Elgar’s Pomp and Circumstance March No1, Holst’s Jupiter from The Planets and Walton’s Crown Imperial, Great and Glorious was recorded in November 2020 in the Guards’ Chapel, London.

Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col) Simon Haw MBE, Commanding Officer of The Household Division Bands said: “Great and Glorious is a musical representation of the long and proud history of the State Ceremonial Musicians of the Household Division, who work persistently to maintain a reputation of musical excellence in the service of Her Majesty The Queen.”

100% of Great and Glorious CD and digital download sales will be donated to The Household Division Charity. The current charity activities support improving military efficiency, education, commemoration and welfare.
